She was able to negotiate buying my home for 5k less than asking price, negotiated 5k in closing costs from the seller as part of the deal, and negotiated receiving 8.8k in a repair allowance for all major repairs on the home that were a must! The 8.8k was the exact balance for the repairs so it did not cost me anything extra to fix up the home! She was always prompt and responsive to any questions I had, was willing to set up all repair dates prior to my closing and she met all of the repair contractors before my closing if they needed to come by the house. She also gave me some great closing gifts as well as making an effort to tidy up the home (something the seller should have done) right before my closing so that the house would be in it's best shape on move in day 1. Overall great experience and Libby went above and beyond representing me in purchasing a home! I would definitely recommend her reality services to someone looking to buy or sell their home!
